Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using abdirectprints.com (the "Site") or placing an order with Apparel & Beyond, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Apparel & Beyond is a Maryland-registered operating company of Enki Holdings. References to "we," "us," or "our" refer to Apparel & Beyond.

2. Custom Print Products

All products sold through Apparel & Beyond are custom-printed on demand. Because each item is produced specifically for you, please review all design details carefully before completing your purchase.

DTG and DTF Printing Notice: Direct-to-garment (DTG) and direct-to-film (DTF) printing technologies produce vibrant, high-quality results. However, due to the nature of these processes, final printed colors may appear lighter or slightly different from what is displayed on your screen or in the design preview. Screen color calibration, garment fabric composition, and pretreatment all affect the final appearance. This is a characteristic of the printing method, not a defect.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that minor color variation between your on-screen design and the finished product is expected and does not constitute a basis for refund or return.

3. All Sales Final

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds except in the following circumstances:

• You received the wrong product (wrong item, wrong size, or wrong color) due to our error
• Your product arrived with a manufacturing defect caused by our production process

In either case, you must contact us at abglobalmd@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs documenting the issue. We will review your claim and, if approved, either reprint the item or issue a refund at our discretion.

We are not responsible for errors in designs submitted by the customer, including but not limited to spelling mistakes, low-resolution artwork, incorrect colors chosen at checkout, or designs that extend outside the print zone.

4. Order Accuracy

You are solely responsible for reviewing your design, selected garment, color, size, and quantity before submitting your order. Once an order is placed and payment is processed, we begin production and cannot accept cancellations or modifications.

5. Intellectual Property

By submitting a design for printing, you represent and warrant that:

• You own the design or have full legal rights to use and reproduce it
• The design does not infringe any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights of any third party
• The design does not contain unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise prohibited content

We reserve the right to refuse any order that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these representations. We are not liable for any claims arising from designs submitted by customers.

6. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in US dollars. Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We do not store payment card information on our servers.

Volume discounts are applied automatically at checkout based on quantity. Size upcharges for extended sizes (2XL and above) are displayed prior to checkout.

7. Shipping

We ship to addresses within the United States only. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

8. Large Orders

Orders of 1,000 or more units require a custom quote and are not processed through the standard checkout. Contact us at abglobalmd@gmail.com for large order inquiries.

9. Tax Exemption

Nonprofit organizations claiming tax-exempt status must provide a valid tax exemption certificate number at the time of checkout. We reserve the right to verify exemption status before processing. Orders submitted with an invalid or unverifiable exemption number will be charged applicable Maryland sales tax.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apparel & Beyond and Enki Holdings shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or our products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Montgomery County, Maryland.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes are effective upon posting to the Site. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
