We are a custom apparel printing company specializing in Direct-to-Garment (DTG) and Direct-to-Film (DTF) printing, offering high-quality, full-color prints on apparel, canvas, and more. We also provide drop shipping, brand solutions, and merchandising services.
2. Do you have a store, or is everything custom-made?
Both! We have an online store featuring our own exclusive designs, but we primarily print custom orders for businesses, brands, and individuals.
3. Where are you located?
We are based in Gaithersburg, Maryland, and proudly operate as a disabled veteran-owned small business.
4. Do you offer design services?
Yes! If you need help with your artwork, we offer design digitization and creative services to ensure your prints look professional.
Printing & Product Questions
5. What printing methods do you use?
We use DTG (Direct-to-Garment) and DTF (Direct-to-Film) technology, which allow for full-color, high-detail prints without up-charges for additional colors.
6. How is DTG/DTF different from screen printing?

7. What types of apparel do you print on?
We print on t-shirts, hoodies, canvas, hardboard canvas, scrubs, uniforms, and more in youth and adult sizes.
8. Do you charge extra for multiple colors in a design?
No. Unlike screen printing, we do not charge extra for additional colors. Your design prints exactly as intended at no additional cost.
9. Can I order just one shirt?
Yes! We accept single-item orders with no minimum purchase required.
10. Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes, we provide scaled discounts for larger orders. Contact us for custom pricing.
Ordering & Payment Questions
11. Do you offer drop shipping?
Yes! We provide drop shipping services for businesses and online stores. We can even connect directly to Wix or WordPress stores so that orders are processed automatically.
12. Can I set up a custom landing page for my store?
Yes! We can create a custom store page for your brand, where customers can place orders without you managing inventory.
13. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment options.
14. Do I need to pay upfront?
For most custom orders, we require partial or full payment upfront to cover materials and production costs. We are happy to work out arrangements for larger orders.

15. Do you ship nationwide?
Yes! We offer free shipping on most store orders and some custom orders within the U.S.
16. How long does production take?
Time can be 1-7 business days, however times vary depending on order size and complexity.
17. Can I track my order?
Yes, all shipped orders come with tracking information.

Yes! We provide 100% organic cotton t-shirts as well as premium cotton alternatives.
19. Is your printing eco-friendly?
Yes! DTG and DTF use water-based inks and produce less waste than screen printing, making them a more sustainable option.
20. Do you use American-made materials?
We prioritize American supply chains, wholesalers, and veteran-owned businesses whenever possible.
Care & Maintenance
21. Do I need to wash the garment before wearing it?
Yes, you should. All garments are pretreated for high-quality prints, but we recommend washing before wearing to avoid potential skin irritation.
22. How do I wash and care for my printed apparel?

23. Are you a certified vendor for procurement?
Yes! We are a registered vendor in Maryland’s EMMA system and an approved American University vendor. This allows us to work with government agencies, educational institutions, and corporate clients for procurement contracts, custom apparel solutions, and bulk orders.
